Responsible Gaming at kb99
We are committed to keeping gambling safe, fair, and enjoyable for all players in Bangladesh. Your well-being always comes first.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At kb99, we believe that gaming should always remain a form of entertainment, never a source of financial stress or personal harm. Our responsible gaming policy is built on the principle that every player deserves a safe, transparent, and controlled environment — whether they are placing a bet on the Bangladesh Tigers, spinning the reels on a favorite slot, or enjoying a live casino session.
We provide a range of practical tools that put you in control of your gaming activity. These tools are available directly from your kb99 account settings, and our support team is available around the clock to assist players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and all across Bangladesh who need guidance or want to set limits on their play.

Signs You Should Take a Break
Gambling is meant to be fun. If you notice any of the following patterns in your own behaviour, it may be time to use our self-management tools or speak to someone who can help:
- Chasing losses: Betting more to recover money you have already lost.
- Neglecting responsibilities: Missing work, family, or social commitments because of gaming sessions.
- Borrowing to gamble: Using loans, credit, or money from others specifically to fund your play.
- Feeling anxious or irritable: Experiencing strong negative emotions when you are unable to access gaming.
If any of these sound familiar, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team or activate a self-exclusion period. There is no judgment here — only help.
How to Activate Your Limits
Setting controls on your kb99 account takes only a few minutes. Follow these steps to put protections in place right away:
- Log in to your kb99 account and go to your account settings panel.
- Select the Responsible Gaming section from the menu.
- Choose your preferred tool — deposit limit, loss limit, time-out, or self-exclusion — and enter your desired value.
- Confirm the change. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases may have a 24-hour cooling-off period for your protection.
Protecting Underage Players
kb99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all gaming and betting activities on its platform. We verify player age during the registration and KYC process, and any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned.
If you share a device with younger family members in your household, we strongly recommend enabling parental control software such as Net Nanny or similar tools to prevent underage access to gambling websites. Adults aged 21 and above are the only permitted users of kb99 services.
Need Help? We Are Here
If you feel that gambling has become more than just entertainment and is causing stress, relationship problems, or financial hardship, please reach out immediately. Our support team speaks your language and understands the Bangladeshi context. You do not need to face this alone.
